Dear Fellow Residents of Luceti,

Wouldn't it be entertaining to put on some Games here in Luceti? Not that the Cultural Fair wasn't amusing, or any of the other activities going on here -- but true gladiatorial games. The pitting of one creature against another! Think of the thrill and drama and the release that goes along with that sort of entertainment! And here in Luceti we are ideally suited for a very exciting Games indeed.

Who would you sponsor or volunteer for this entertainment? Or would it all be...

[There is a pause here.]

Pokey-mans? I find human beings MUCH more interesting to watch, personally.

Oh this poor boy. He's been stricken with some kind of mange or something. Maybe she can do something nice for him; he's been so reasonable toward her.]

Yes. Perhaps the Malnosso will construct a viewing station for us; or maybe some of our more constructionally-gifted residents...

[What a strange name. Yet it has a ring to it! Kind of like the sound a small bell might make.]

Aang! I'm Effie. We shall have to speak again soon; do you know Rainbow Dash?

I'm a friend of Katniss Everdeen.

[Not...exactly. But it seems like the key to having people like her, here.]

[He had been referring to Rainbow Dash actually - but that does strike him. She did look familiar; Aang might have caught a glimpse of her at Katniss's birthday party. So she was a friend of Katniss. It was just odd considering how this conversation began and that she seemed to be an adult who... condoned of those horrible Games he'd been told about.]

I'm friends with Katniss, too. It's nice to meet you, Effie. [Maybe not necessarily nice overall, but he wants to give her the benefit of the doubt.]

[And because Effie's mun is multitasking, that tag came out weird and flakey. But whatever, we'll roll with it.]

You should definitely seek out Rainbow Dash. She'll be quite an ally in the sky!
